  The last two experiences I've had with this store have been so rude, I put a ring in that I bought a lifetime care plan and they were so dismissive and curt, don't even try to call them as they are rude and condescending on the phone. I now wish I'd never bought any jewelry at this store.

  Horrible experience. I bought a gold bracelet, had to have two links taken out and when it came back it was twisted. It was sent back to the jeweler and it came back twisted, twice. The bracelet is much better but the whole experience went on for three weeks. I paid $3035 for it and today I found out tha Michael Hill has 50% off all bracelets. I would have liked to purchase the larger bracelet, with 50% off makes $2,094, cheaper than the smaller size. I can say that I will never purchase anything from Michael Hill ever again.

  Went into purchase. 2 staff members serving 1 customer. I walked around the store a couple of times stood waiting for someone to come over ..No hello .no sorry wont be a moment..basically no service..
